So 2020 became the big, shut up, cover up and make up. Shutting the workshop to everyone but one, which included our plans for Ross, my grandson, to come into the workshop and get himself some training, as well as helping me with the orders, of coarse, but obviously that couldn’t happen. Covering the face while out off the workshop, an unusual phenomenon, delivering orders to customers, so as to be mindful of each other’s well-being in this pandemic. Making the most of this unprecedented situation that everyone has found themselves in, while endeavouring to create as much creative pleasure, for others and self, in this wonderful handmade crafting environment. So here’s to, shut less, cover more and make plenty.
